The first step is to send us a report about your computer’s hardware. This will allow us to check whether your computer is compatible with your desired system. Once we confirm compatibility, we can move forward with scheduling the remote support session.
We are committed to providing our customers with stable and reliable systems. Usually we manage to get it up and running in around 2 hours. However, it may take longer depending on various factors. We will let you know the estimated time after confirming your hardware.
All of our support packages come with a warranty and support period. After the session, you can communicate with our technical support team through private one-on-one chat if you face any issues. They will work with you to resolve them as quickly as possible. We aim to provide you with the best possible experience and support throughout the process.
We can advise you on building, upgrading or replacing the parts of your dream build with our Standard and Premium Support plan.
You will need a 2 – 3 hours of a free time, stable internet connection capable of streaming a video-call, as well as a  computer running Windows or macOS.  For the installation image you would also need to have a minimum of 16GB USB flash drive.
Prior to initiating remote installation process of your preferred macOS system, we check your computer hardware report to ensuring the complete compatibility of your laptop, PC, or workstation. You can get a personal hackintosh hardware compatibility report here.
If for any reason, we are unable to install the desired system on your computer, we will proceed with a full refund.
We know some people may not speak English very well, but that’s not a problem. Our technician doesn’t speak English as their first language, so they are good at giving simple and easy-to-follow instructions.
